A chargeback is when your customer disputes a charge with their bank.
What happens after a customer disputes a charge?
Once Stripe receives a chargeback notification from the issuing bank (your customer's bank), you'll be able to follow a guided process within your Stripe Dashboard.

Click the Disputes Tab to view any chargeback and more details on what you can do
