Allow multiple services to be selected by customer on a booking.

This option is mostly used by Carpet Cleaning companies, and businesses wanting to allow customers to add multiple services on one booking. This option will need some additional set up to be done within the premium form designer.

  1. Please go to Settings > Booking Form > Premium booking Form Designer > Click on the service and within the editing pop > Click Field Settings Tab

  2. Then, Select the Multiple service: Accordion Panel option from the dropdown. Please make sure you don’t save the changes now.

Now follow the steps below to set up your accordion panels on the form.

1. Please select a service that you want to edit

2. Click the settings gear

3. Make sure you are on the Field Settings tab on the settings panel

4. Select ‘Add Column’ and title it, for example ‘Extras’

5. Select ‘Add Row’ and enter the name of the first Extra that is displayed in the drop down.

6. Continue to add your Extras, but make sure the correct Extra is chosen in each drop down as you go

Please make sure you do not save the changes now.

Additional Info:

  • You will need to create the columns that will show your extras.

    • Name it "Extras".

  • You will need to add rows that will show the contents of your extras. Name them with the name of the extra you offer for that service.

  • Before saving, please make sure to choose and select the correct extras for those rows so that the names of the rows match the names of the extras.

    • Then click the settings gear and save the changes.
