Process bookings on the go

From your home screen:

  1. Tap the Charges button on the bottom right of your screen

  2. You'll see a list of today's bookings

  3. Easily check status of bookings with the tags on the right hand side

  4. Filter to quickly view bookings in different status (paid, on hold, unpaid)


Tap the funnel to filter your view by payment method

Place booking On Hold

  1. From the Bookings page, tap into any credit card booking and click the Put on Hold Button

Currently bookings can only be placed on hold from inside the booking, charges page does not allow you to place holds.

Charge Bookings

  1. From the Charges page, tap into any unpaid credit card booking

  2. On the next screen, get an overview of the booking price and click Charge

  3. If enabled on web, the invoice charged email will go out automatically to your customer once the booking is charged.


Mark a Cash/Check/Paypal booking as Paid

  1. From the Charges page, tap into an unpaid cash/check booking

  2. On the next screen, get an overview of the booking price and click Mark as Paid

  1. You'll then be directed to a pop up, for you to verify details, enable the Non credit card invoice to go out, add any payment notes and Mark as Paid.

  2. Once complete you'll get a pop up confirming and the booking will display on this page as paid.
