Assign a Team to a Booking

Once you get a new booking, you'll need to assign the cleaner manually to the job. If the booking is part of a recurring series, you'll have the option to save the team assignment to the series, so that you won't need to assign the cleaner to the job each time.

Bookings can be assigned via the booking itself or on the Scheduler Page.

Assign a Team via the Booking

  1. Click into any booking and scroll down to the Assign Teams Section

  2. Click the Assign To button

  3. The pop up will show you who is available and who is not

  4. Select the cleaner, add wage, and save changes to the booking

  5. If enabled, Team Assigned email will go out automatically to your Team once team assignment is saved to booking.

Assign a Team via the Scheduler Page

Click the calendar icon on your left hand menu and go to your Scheduler Page

In the Vertical or Horizontal Views on the Scheduler

You can drag and drop unassigned bookings into the available team you would like to assign.

You'll get a pop up to confirm the assignment and how you want to save the team assignment to the series

Anytime you save a team assignment to a booking you'll get the option to assign the cleaner only to this booking, or to the series (all following bookings)
