Your New Bookings report will track new bookings created for any given date or date range.
The value that displays here will be the total number of new bookings created on that date for any customer (new or recurring).
Please note: If you are checking this number throughout the day, this number may change if you get new bookings throughout the day.
Find your New Bookings Report by clicking the graph icon and clicking New Bookings
Example: March 7th morning
Report shows 1 booking
Example: March 7th afternoon
Report shows 4 bookings
Within your email logs, If you have the new booking emails to support enabled, you will be able to verify new booking creation for any given date within a 30 day period.
Example:
Email logs show 4 new booking emails, which confirms new booking report is accurate.
To verify who is new vs a current customer making a new booking do a Customer Booking Export:
Click the person icon and click Export on the top right of your screen.
Select Date Created and Date of First Booking
New customers would have their first booking created within 30 days of the date they were created in system in order to be counted as a new customer.
