View your Booking History/ Manage your Bookings

From the Booking History page, you can view your completed and upcoming bookings. You'll also use this page so that you can make changes to a booking, cancel, even book a job again.

To find this page, click the second icon on the left hand menu with the three horizontal lines.

  • Per your company's cancellation policy, you will be able to cancel an upcoming booking. Please note a cancellation fee may apply.

Do you have bookings at multiple properties with different addresses?

Use the Search Bar and begin to type the partial address you need, then you can view only those bookings

Looking for a specific booking?

Use the date filter to easily find a booking or bookings that fall within a certain date range

Need to reschedule?

Per your company's late change policy, you'll be able to move your booking to another date.

  1. Find your booking and click into it to edit

  2. Scroll down to the date/time field to update

  3. Click save on right hand side.

Need to change something on your upcoming booking?

You'll be able to add things to your booking or take things off if needed per your company's late changes policy.

  1. Find your booking and click into it to edit

  2. Scroll down to the WHAT section

  3. Here you can explore different services. change the frequency of your booking, get some add ons added to your bookings

  4. Be sure to Save your changes on the right of the screen

Need to add a tip for a great service?

Find the booking you wish to add a tip to, and click into it. You can add the tip and save changes.

If your booking has already been charged, the tip will be charged in a second transaction.

Book this Again

On completed bookings, click Book This Again to create a duplicate of that particular booking. All you'll need to do is select a new date and submit as new.
