View and Add Comments

Comments are one time notes that apply only to that specific booking and can be added by the customer or your Admin. Be sure to read them to ensure there are no last minute instructions added to your booking.

Please note: In order for you to view and add comments to bookings, your admin will have to have this permission enabled.

From either the Table or Calendar view, find the booking and click into it.

  • Click the Comments tab to view any comments that may have been left by your admin or by the customer with regards to the booking

  • Add a comment here if you need to send information to the admin relevant to this clean
