You can add an Improvement amount to a Property Purchase application by following the steps outlines below:
Set the Purpose of you application to Purchase (see here on how to do so).
From the Transaction page, click Add Purpose again.
Select Improvements from the menu.
4. Once Improvements field is added, you can set the improvement value by clicking in the field under Funds Required.
Note: You can add and select different Property Values from the Subject Property page. Simply click on Add Valuation and choose the desired value using the Select marker:
