Receiving applications
When a new application is submitted to your team, you will receive an email notification. You can then login through https://prd1-app.lendesk.com/login with your username and password.
Viewing your applications
When you log in to your account, you will be automatically taken to the Applications list. This will show you all the applications that are on your account. For more information, please check out this article.
Editing applications
Inside an application, you can modify any of the information that was provided by the broker. For more information on the types of application, check out this article.
Generating commitment letter
You can generate a commitment letter right on Lendesk. You can start by first creating your conditions. For more information, please check out this article.
The conditions are automatically added to the commitment. For detailed instructions on generating a commitment letter, please check out this article.
Sending a response
For applications that are received from Filogix Expert, you can send a response to the broker. For more details, please check out this article.
