For applications that have multiple applicants, we made it easy so that you can share information between applicants without having to duplicate or input information more than once.

Applicant Type and Relationship Between Applicants

The type and relationship can be found on the Identification page:

Note: this option is only available for applicants that are not the primary applicant.

Primary Residence

To link the primary residence between applicants, make sure that all applicants are listed on the Current Address section:

Follow any prompts to connect applicants to the same address or use the Add Resident button:

Note: selecting the occupancy type to Own will also create an asset property and add those applicants as owners.

Owned Properties

Properties can be easily linked between all applicants.

  • Create the property on the Owned Properties section.

  • On the Owned Property card, add another applicant as owner.

  • The property will now be visible from the other applicant's page

Note: You don't have to manually create the property under each applicant as this will duplicate the asset and affect your debt service ratios.

Joint Liabilities

To set applicants as owners of the same liability:

  • Go to the Credit & Liabilities page.

  • On the Liabilities table, click on the dropdown menu on the Owners column.

  • Select the applicants that own the liability.

Note: Credits reports still need to be pulled separately for each applicant. If you import liabilities from the credit reports, you may see duplicates. You can delete any duplicates and set applicants as owners of the same liability.

Sending documents for e-signature

When requesting for signature, the document will be automatically sent to all applicants on file. The signed document will only be available once all applicants have signed.

Note: a unique email is required for each applicant in order to request an e-signature.
