What happens when I use all my high-speed data?

Updated this week

If you have the MAJORITY Plus Plan, you have nothing to worry about—your plan includes unlimited high-speed data throughout the month. If you’re on the MAJORITY Basic Plan and reach your high-speed data limit, don’t worry—your service will continue without interruption, just at a slower rate.

🐢 Reduced speeds, not extra charges

  • You will still have unlimited data after hitting your plan’s high-speed limit.

  • Your internet speed will be reduced to a slower rate.

  • You won’t be charged extra, and your plan remains active.

🛠 What can I still do at reduced speeds?

At lower speeds, you can still:

  • Browse light websites

  • Send and receive messages

  • Use email and basic apps

However, you may notice delays with:

  • Video streaming

  • App updates or downloads

  • Loading rich media (e.g., images, maps, large files)

📅 When does high-speed data reset?

Your high-speed data resets every 30 days when your plan renews.
You’ll automatically get a fresh data allowance at the start of each new billing cycle.

🚀 Need more data?

If you consistently run out of high-speed data:

  • You can upgrade to the Plus plan (Unlimited High-Speed Data) before your next renewal

  • Plan changes take effect at the start of your next cycle
