📲 Step-by-Step: Installing Your MAJORITY eSIM
Open the MAJORITY app
Log in to your account.Go to the “Services” tab
Tap it at the bottom of the screen.Select “Phone Plans”
You’ll see the available options. Choose either the Basic or Plus plan if you haven’t already.Check eSIM compatibility
Enter your IMEI to verify.
Go to Settings > General > About and locate your IMEI under the eSIM section.🔁 Number Porting in the Purchase Flow
Choose to port your current number or get a new one
If you choose to get a new number, you'll receive it instantly after accepting the terms and completing the payment.
👉 If you select this option, you can skip ahead to Step 14 to activate your eSIM.If you choose to keep your current number, you’ll need to enter your carrier and phone number.
Enter your porting details
Select your carrier from the list and enter your current number.
⚠️ Make sure your plan with your current carrier remains active until the porting is complete.Accept payment and cancellation terms
Review the plan price, auto-renewal terms, and cancellation policy.Complete your payment
Review the charges and proceed to pay for your phone plan.📦 Managing the Number Porting Request
Complete your porting request
After purchase, you’ll be asked to enter a transfer PIN from your current provider to complete the process. Once you have the code, tap “Complete Transfer.”⚠️ We recommend requesting your transfer PIN directly by calling your carrier’s customer support. PINs sent via email often fail.
Porting status
Once the information is submitted correctly, the process may take between 30 minutes and 24 hours.Porting errors
If you enter an incorrect PIN, you can update it. Multiple attempts are allowed, and detailed error messages will be shown.Failed porting
If the system cannot complete the port, you’ll receive a general error message with the option to retry.Successful porting
Once the transfer is complete, you’ll see a confirmation and can activate your eSIM to begin using your plan.📶 Activate Your eSIM
Set up your eSIM from the app. Tap Activate eSIM and follow the on-screen instructions:
