Updated yesterday

If your MAJORITY Phone Plan was suspended or cancelled, you can reactivate it quickly from the app. There are no reactivation fees or waiting periods.

🔄 How to reactivate your line

  1. Open the MAJORITY app

  2. Go to the Services tab

  3. Tap Phone Plans

  4. If your line is suspended or cancelled, you’ll see the option to Reactivate Plan

  5. Follow the steps to complete your payment and restore service

💳 What you need to reactivate

  • A compatible, unlocked phone with eSIM

  • Internet connection (Wi-Fi or data)

  • Sufficient balance in your MAJORITY Wallet

📅 When will service restart?

  • Your phone service will be restored immediately after payment is processed

  • Your new 30-day cycle will begin on the reactivation date

  • You can choose the same plan or switch to another option before reactivating

🛑 Note:

  • If your eSIM was removed or reset, you may need to reinstall it from the app

  • You must be in the U.S. to reactivate your plan

  • You’ll have your number reserved for 60 days after your line is suspended. If you reactivate your line within this period, you’ll keep the same number.
