How do security deposits work?

Updated today

Your security deposit is held in a separate, FDIC-insured account with WebBank. This deposit is not your spending money, but instead a safety net to cover your card balance. You'll still need to make monthly payments based on what you actually spend. The deposit is only used if you fail to pay your bills and default on the account. As long as your account is in good standing, your deposit remains untouched and will be returned to you when you close the account with no remaining balance.
