How to transfer your number (Port Out)

  1. Contact MAJORITY Customer Support

  2. Request your Port-Out PIN and Account Number

  3. Provide these details to your new mobile provider

  4. Make sure the address you provide to the new provider matches the address on your MAJORITY account

  5. Your new provider will complete the number transfer process

📅 What happens after requesting a port out?

  • Your new provider will submit the port-out request using the information we provide

  • Once the request is approved, your number will be transferred to the new provider

  • Your MAJORITY phone plan will automatically stop working once the transfer is completed

  • You must contact Customer Support to receive your Port-Out PIN and Account Number

  • The address must match exactly with the one registered in your MAJORITY account
