Request to move your phone number to a new device
Our team will generate a QR code for your eSIM
Scan the QR code provided by Customer Support on your new device
Follow the instructions on your phone to complete the activation
📱 What happens after scanning the QR code?
Your MAJORITY eSIM will be installed on your new device
Your phone number will activate on the new phone
The service on the previous device will stop working once the transfer is completed
⚠️ Important to know
Your new phone must be unlocked
Your new phone must support eSIM
Make sure you scan the QR code using the new device, not the old one
