How to Dispute an Unrecognized Charge

Learn what to do if you see a charge you do not recognize on your MAJORITY account and how to file a dispute.

If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, follow these steps:

1. Check with the merchant
Sometimes the charge may be linked to a merchant you use frequently. Here are direct links to dispute common subscriptions or purchases:

2. Block your card
Cancel your card from the app to prevent further charges. We will send you a new card free of charge.

3. Contact our customer service team
If you want to file a dispute, contact our customer service team directly.

Our team will investigate the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Important:

  • To file a dispute for unrecognized charges, you must first cancel your card and request a new one.

  • Disputes may take up to 45 days to be resolved.
