Why do we ask for your SSN or ITIN?

As part of the registration process, MAJORITY requests your Social Security Number (SSN) or your Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). This is a legal requirement in the U.S. to:

  • Verify your identity

  • Comply with financial regulations

  • Prevent fraud and identity theft

In addition to your SSN or ITIN, we also request standard information during registration such as:

  • Full name

  • Current address

  • Date of birth

What if I do not have an SSN or ITIN?

No problem! You can still register with MAJORITY:

  • Select the option “I do not have one” during registration

  • We will guide you through verification with alternative documents

Keeping your information secure

Your security and privacy are our top priority:

  • Your information is protected with advanced encryption protocols

  • Your data is stored on secure servers

  • Neither MAJORITY, nor third parties, nor authorities have access to your SSN or ITIN

💡 Tip: MAJORITY never sells or shares your personal information with third parties.
