Flights are not included in MATCHDAY packages, and any changes or refunds must be handled directly with the airline according to their terms and conditions.
If your package includes accommodation and the event is cancelled, the hotel portion will be refunded only if the hotel’s cancellation policy allows it. If the booking is not tied to an event cancellation, hotel costs are non-refundable. Any city taxes, incidental charges, or no-show fees charged by the hotel are also non-refundable.
