In the event of an official cancellation by the organizer, refunds will be issued for the affected tickets or packages in full, less any non-refundable booking or processing fees.
For postponements, refunds are not automatically granted and are subject to the event organizer's policy. In all other cases, including personal reasons, bookings remain nonrefundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method in the original transaction currency, and any bank or currency exchange fees are the responsibility of the customer.
