Refunds are initiated once we receive the corresponding funds from the event organizer or supplier and verify your booking. Processing timelines depend on third parties and the policies of your bank or card provider and typically take between seven and thirty business days after initiation.
Verification of the booking, including identification and booking reference, may be required before a refund is processed.
