What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket or package value, excluding any booking or processing fees. Refunds will be issued once we receive the funds from the organizer or supplier, and timing may vary depending on their processing schedule.

If an event is postponed, your booking will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date, preserving the same seats and package where permitted by the organiser. If you are unable to attend the new date, we will make every effort to offer an alternative event of similar value, but this cannot be guaranteed. Travel and accommodation components of your package will follow the respective supplier’s policies. In cases where the event proceeds with restricted access or behind closed doors, refunds or credits will be provided strictly according to the organiser’s official policy.
