How does the platform's chat system work?

Learn how to use the messaging system to communicate with influencers.

The platform has a messaging system that can be found in the upper right corner when you are logged into the platform. It is located under the speech bubble icon, and here you can communicate with the influencers registered to your company.

You can start a conversation with an influencer by clicking on the speech bubble icon with a + inside. Here you select the current campaign and the relevant influencer, and click start. Then you can write your message in the text field, and you have now started a conversation with this influencer.

You can also filter your conversations by campaign or influencer, and you do this by clicking on the wrench icon. This way, you can easily find a conversation with a specific influencer, or see all conversations for a campaign.

In the messaging system, you can also see if an influencer has messaged you. You can see this by a small notification on the speech bubble icon that you see from your dashboard. After that, the new message will appear in the conversation overview on the left when you are in the messaging system.

All conversations in the messaging system are campaign-specific, meaning that you can have multiple active conversations with one influencer if they are on several of your campaigns.

All conversations are active during the corresponding campaign's lifespan and are locked 7 days after the campaign ends.

Tip: You can also start a conversation with an influencer directly from your campaign by clicking on the 'start chat' button beside their profile picture.
