As soon as you have signed up for a campaign, you can start the conversation with the company.
1. You log in to your Make Influence profile and click on the chat icon in the upper right corner:
2. Then this will appear on your screen. If you haven't previously chatted with the company, you can start the conversation by clicking on the '+':
3. The choose the company that you want to chat with and press 'Start chat':
4. Write your message and press the paper plane icon to send it:
Remember to log in to your Make Influence profile regularly and make sure to respond to your chat messages - it is also important that you approve or reject your campaign invitations if you have any pending.
