Before You Start
Ensure your accounting integration is connected and active.
Confirm that the required locations, classes, tracking categories, or divisions have already been created in:
Xero
QuickBooks Online
Exact Online
Step 1: Open Integration Settings
In OnRent Go, navigate to System Setup.
Select Integrations.
Open your connected accounting integration:
Xero
QuickBooks Online
Exact Online
Step 2: Access Depot Mapping
Within the integration settings, locate the Depot Mapping or Accounting Location Mapping section.
A list of your OnRent Go depots will be displayed.
Step 3: Assign Accounting Locations
For each depot, select the corresponding accounting location from the dropdown list.
Match each depot to the appropriate location in your accounting platform.

Step 4: Save Your Changes
Review all depot-to-location mappings.
Click Save to apply the configuration.
