What are List Values?

List values are used where OnRent has a drop-down list of options.

You will see these when you create activities, accounts, contacts and more.

You can edit existing lists and create bespoke lists to relate to your business requirements, which could be included when creating custom views for bespoke reporting.

For example, when you create an account, you can assign:

  • An Account Industry

  • An Account Status

  • An Account Type

Each of these are a list value.

These can be edited specific to your business needs relate them to your business. For example, you might have account industries of:

  • Plant and Hire

  • Vehicles

  • Electricians

  • Catering

  • Transport & Logistics
