With OnRent signature capture, you can collect digital signatures for all your deliveries and returns, reducing your material overheads.
Signature capture collects the following information:
The customer's signature with the date and time of capture
Their printed name
The Location of where the signature was captured
Photographs/Documents attached with the signature
Get Started
Using our signature capture is really simple. When booking out equipment for delivery you simply select the sign option.
This will take you to a new screen to collect the customer signature.
Select Sign when you have captured all of the information which will save the signature and printed details to the document.
To reprint the document, go to Order > Movements and select Print. You can also select View to review any information, documents or pictures taken.
You can also select the location icon to show you the location of where the signature was captured.
