With the Order Dispatch screen, you can manage & deliver your orders seamlessly. View equipment status, track progress of deliveries, capture signatures with location data and make quick changes on the go from one centralised rental solution.

Get Started

When you have allocated your equipment on the order and you're ready to schedule your delivery, simply select Action > Dispatch.

Once you have accepted the dispatch, this will display a delivery note ready for your driver to get either a digital signature on the road or print it and get a signed copy.

There is an option within a user role which allows you to decide whether the Delivery Note appears to screen when you mark items as Dispatched - it might be handy for the document to appear at that point, in order to e-mail it or get a customer signature.

However if you don't need it to do appear at this point and you want to preview / get it signed off later when you decide, you can reprint it from the Order > Movements tab or from the Movements menu.

When the driver is ready to drop off the equipment, select Movements and the dispatch tile will be displayed ready to confirm.

Note: if you need to cancel or re-arrange delivery then you can click the Cancel link or Edit the Delivery Date on the order item within the movement.

If your driver is digitally signing to finalise the delivery, simply select Print which will reprint the delivery note ready to be signed. Select sign in the top right-hand corner to be taken to the Order Dispatch screen to capture a signature and name, make any item adjustments and attach any pictures or documents.

Once you have selected sign, the equipment will automatically update to a Delivered status and book out the equipment on rent.

Note: If you are manually signing, you can select Confirm under Movement and this will also mark the equipment as delivered and change the equipment to on rent. This will also print a delivery note that can be disregarded if there is a manually signed document already.

You can also cancel items on a dispatch. This will revert the equipment back to Allocated, whereby you can schedule for re-delivery.

For further insight into your current dispatches then the dashboard has views which show the transport jobs for today or this week, or you can even create your own custom views if you wanted deeper control.
