To create the link between your Xero account and OnRent we need to navigate to the Xero Integration option within System Setup, System Setup > Integrations > Xero.

Start with opening the System Setup menu (Bottom Left corner).

Then the Integrations menu pod.

Within the Integrations menu is the option for Xero.

This will open the Xero Integration menu, click the Connect to Xero button.

This will open a screen prompting to enter the connection details you use for your Xero Account (This will be the Xero account used for all interactions between the two solutions).

Enter your Xero login credentials and click the Log In button.

This will establish a connection to the entered Xero account and ask for permission for OnRent to access the Xero company’s data.

Click Allow access.

On clicking the Allow access button, Xero will grant access and present further options regarding this link between the two solutions.

This has created the link between OnRent and Xero.
