Step: 6 Follow-Up

No rollout is successful without follow-up. In about a month after release, we'll schedule a short call to discuss the following:

  • Employee uptake and conversion. How many employees have signed up? Were there hiccups in setup?

  • Engagement levels. Review quantitative details such as most read pages, time spent on page, page ranking, etc.

  • Questions and comments from employees. Review qualitative feedback offered by employees directly.

  • Your observations and feedback. Are there features that don't work as intended? How would you improve the software? Guide us to make the product better for you.

Depending on engagement levels, we may make a plan to continue improving the layout, presentation, or selection of content. We'll work to make your site as effective as possible!
