Add Announcements

Share important messages with your team

Broadcast benefit updates, changes, and other important info to your colleagues, and even narrow down target audiences by recipient group.

To add announcements:

  1. From Workplace, click Add Announcement.

  2. Add a title and the body of the announcement.

    Note: Feel free to use the formatting tools, too.

  3. Select recipients for the message. Select All, or select only a specific group or groups.

  4. Click Save Draft to store for later, or Send Announcement if it's ready to go.
