Using AI trained with your unique benefits information, the Pendant Assistant can provide instant, custom answers to practically any benefits question.
To enable the Pendant Assistant, do the following:
Click the three dots next to your organization's logo on the homepage of Pendant.
Select Edit Organization
Scroll down to Pendant Assistant, then click Enable Pendant Assistant.
That's all there is to it! Your employees can now access the Pendant Assistant on your organization's Pendant homepage.
Note: The Pendant Assistant will replace the search bar on your homepage.
