See survey results in real-time as feedback rolls in using the View Responses feature in Pendant. You don't have to wait until a survey is closed to see what employees are thinking—access neatly organized data as soon as your first response is in. If you're gathering feedback organically over time using the a benefits overview page, check back frequently see how how data the changes.
To view survey responses:
From Workplace, click Surveys.
Next to a survey, click the More Options (...) and select View Responses.
Scroll through the responses to see insights. For instance, Multiple Choice answers display in useful graph charts.
Text Box answers display individual answers. Use these insights to add clarification to Pendant pages, or explore ways you can better tailor your benefits to employee needs.
Opinion Scale answers display using the values you identified during survey setup. You can see at a glance where the majority of responses fall.
When you're finished, click Surveys to return to the Surveys home page.
