After a survey has run its course, simply close the survey to stop collecting responses. Even after a survey is closed, you can still view responses to access the employee insights and data you've gathered.
To close a survey:
In Surveys, next to the survey you want to close, click More Options (...) and select Close Survey.
Click Close Survey again to confirm you want to stop collecting responses to the survey. Note: You cannot re-open a survey after it is closed, so only click Close Survey if you're certain you are finished with it.
Access the survey under Closed Surveys to continue to View Responses.
