Coaches are online interactive software that act as a virtual mentor guiding employees through complicated financial literacy topics. Adding relevant Coaches to your benefits pages helps employees learn by doing, and ultimately make better choices. Bonus: Coaches display in a pop-up modal, so Pendant users don't lose their spot in the benefit page they were originally on.
To integrate a Coach:
On a benefits page, click (...) and select Edit Page.
There are two ways to add a Coach:
Select the text you want linked to the tool.
OR
Place the cursor where you want add the tool.
Next, on the toolbar select the Coach icon to see a list of related Coaches you can integrate into the benefit.
If you selected text for embedding the tool, an icon next to the text indicates the presence of an embedded Coach.
If you added the Coach to a blank space, the Coach name displays with an icon.
Click Post Your Changes.
To launch the Coach, hover over the link and click Get Started.
The Coach launches in a pop-up modal, so users don't lose their spot on the Pendant benefits page. Click the X to close the modal. Note: Users can create or log into a Banzai account to save their progress or refer back to the Coach at any time.
To remove a Coach:
On a benefits page, click (...) and select Edit Page.
Select the embedded Coach name.
Click the Trash icon. Note: If you embedded the Coach via selected text, deleting the Coach will also delete the text.
Click Post Your Changes.
