How do I track cases?

A: Within Cases, you can filter by event type (form) and event date to bring up the most recent or historic events reported. Cases are also tagged with badges e.g. OA means that an Action was added for that event and needs to be completed.

Search "case" in the search bar within the green chat button in the bottom right-hand corner for more information.
