Where do I find who has been notified of an incident?

A: Under Form Settings, administrators can view the created rules and recipients who are to receive emails. Once sent, emails show on the Recent Activities section for a particular case’s event summary page, or also within the Notifications section within a user’s home dashboard (once they login).

Search "notification" in the search bar within the green chat button in the bottom right-hand corner for more information.
