In order to record a home incident you firstly need to click on the "Record Home Medication Incident" button located on the home dashboard.
After clicking on this you are then brought to the form itself. All mandatory fields which need to be completed have a red asterisk beside them e.g. "Resident Full Name".
The form utilizes dropdown menus/calendars and Yes/No questions leading to quick and efficient data entry.
Once completing all of the mandatory fields and any additional fields you then select the "Save" button and this saves your home incident.
