To begin recording a home near miss you need to select the "Record Home Medication Good Catch (Near Miss)" button.
This then brings you to the near miss form.
All mandatory fields (fields which have a red asterisk beside them) need to be completed.
An example of a mandatory field is the "Resident Full Name".
The form utilizes dropdown menus, calendars and yes/no questions leading to quick and efficient data inputting.
Once completing all of the mandatory fields and any additional fields you then select the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
