In order to record a home incident you firstly need to click on the "Record Pharmacy Medication Incident" button located on the home dashboard.
After clicking on this you are then brought to the form itself. All mandatory fields which need to be completed have a red asterisk beside them e.g. "Describe What Happened".
Once completing all mandatory fields you select the green "Save" button which is located at the bottom of the page.
