For each event, the summary page has different tools to enabled Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and to keep all communication and documentation about the event in a single place.

For some events it is possible to link another facility to the event in the case that both facilities were involved or connected to the event. The facility that submits the event is considered the event 'owner'. When another facility is linked to the event, the users of that linked facility are able to access the event but are considered 'non-owners' (an exception being a 'Pharmacy Incident' submitted by a Home user, this results in a swap of ownership to the Pharmacy and the Home would be the non-owner).

Below is an outline of what Tools are usable by the Owner and Non-Owner facility of an event. Note that the drop down options in the Actions, Learning Points can vary based on your facility type (an example would be a Home can see different drop downs from a Pharmacy). Only the "Owner" can close an event and for an event to be able to be closed all Collaborator Sign Offs and Actions must be completed. An "Owner" facility user if they are set as the Superintendent/Designated Manager/Pharmacy Manager or has the module "Widget Access Override" will be able to remove the "Sign Off" request and either delete or mark the open action as completed that was created by the "Non-Owner" facility.

The "Recent Activities" tool will show a history of changes made to the event when different summary page tools are used by both "owners" and "non-owner" of the event. This include add, edit, complete, and delete within the summary tools.
