In Pickem, playthrough refers to Sweepstakes Coins (SC) that must be played through before they can be redeemed. This ensures that bonus currency is used in gameplay before being converted into real dollars.
Playthrough (PT) – How It Works in PICKEM
1. What is playthrough?
Playthrough is the amount you need to wager in eligible games before some of your Sweep Coins (SC) become redeemable.
In PICKEM the standard playthrough is 1x
→ If you receive 100 SC, you need to wager 100 SC in eligible games to clear it.
2. When is playthrough created?
A separate playthrough requirement is created for every stream of SC, for example:
Purchases
Bonuses and promos
Features that award SC
AMOE and other free SC
Each of these creates its own “bucket” with its own SC balance and 1x playthrough.
3. Which games count for playthrough?
Eligible games (count toward PT):
Slots
Instant / Crash
Arcade games
Non-eligible games (do NOT count toward PT):
Roulette
Live games
Table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, etc.)
You can play any game, but only eligible games reduce your playthrough.
4. FIFO order (which SC is used first?)
By default, we always use your SC in FIFO order – First In, First Out:
Your oldest SC bucket is used first when you place a bet.
If your bet is larger than that bucket, the rest comes from the next oldest bucket.
Winnings are split back into those same buckets.
In addition, you can choose which playthrough balance to use if you prefer to clear a specific bucket first.
You don’t need to manage any of the math yourself – it’s handled automatically in the background.
5. Redeemable vs Non-redeemable SC
Redeemable SC: SC from buckets where playthrough is fully cleared. These can be used to request a redemption (subject to minimums and rules).
Non-redeemable (PT-locked) SC: SC in buckets that still have remaining playthrough. You can play with them, but you can’t redeem them yet.
If a bucket runs out of SC before you clear its playthrough, there is simply nothing to redeem from that bucket and you don’t carry any “PT debt” from it.
6. Quick examples
Example 1 – Simple 1x playthrough
You receive 100 SC.
You wager 100 SC in eligible games.
The bucket is cleared. Any SC left from that bucket becomes redeemable SC.
Example 2 – Non-eligible games don’t move PT
You receive 100 SC (1x PT = 100).
You only play Roulette and Live Blackjack.
Your SC balance may go up or down, but your PT requirement stays at 100 until you wager 100 SC in eligible games (Slots, Instant, Arcade).
