What PICKEM Game Modes are available in my state, and what’s the minimum age?

Find out which Pickem modes you can play in your state and how old you must be to use them legally.

Updated this week

Your access to Pickem’s game modes and the minimum age requirement depend on two things:

  1. The state in which you are physically located.

  2. The legal age requirement in that state.

Here are the core rules:

Game Modes Available

  • Social Casino and Career Mode are the only modes available at the moment.

  • Picks (Daily Fantasy Sports) is coming soon and not yet available in any state.

If Social Casino is available in your state, then Career Mode is also available there.

Minimum Age

  • For most of the states you must be at least 18 years old to play in Social Casino or Career Mode.

  • Some states may require a higher minimum age, depending on local laws.

    • Alabama and Nebraska: 19+

    • Mississipi: 21

🔹 States with restrictions

Pickem (for Social Casino and Career Mode) is not available in the following U.S. states due to local legal restrictions:

  • Washington

  • Idaho

  • Nevada

  • Montana

  • South Dakota

  • Michigan

  • Louisiana

In all other U.S. states, Social Casino and Career Mode are available (subject to meeting age and location rules).
