Sub-appointment timeline: Up to 1 business day

*Sub-appointment processing does not begin until your Bold Penguin compliance review has been approved.

Appointing states and requirements: Available to agencies domiciled in all 50 U.S. states

Please be advised that sub-appointment requirements are determined solely by the carrier and are subject to change without prior notice. Exceptions to these requirements will not be considered unless explicitly stated. Additionally, approval for sub-appointments is entirely at the discretion of the carrier.

Coverages: Business liability, auto, cyber incident, workers' compensation, and more.

THREE is considered an offline carrier available through the Bold Penguin Terminal. Therefore, while access to THREE is available through your partnership with Bold Penguin, quoting must be completed directly through THREE.

Target industries: food & beverage, auto services, retail, contractors, retail, hospitality, and others.

Submission process:

  1. Submit request for application for the insured.

  2. Receive a hyperlink via email to complete an online electronic submission from your territory manager.

  3. Receive an immediate quote and proceed to bind.

    1. If an account is referred, you will be contacted to submit additional documentation.

For COI & AI requests

  • Email the request to partners@threeinsurance.com and include:

    • Policy number.

    • First named insured.

    • The COI requirements.

    • Any relevant documents.

    • The name of your agency.

    • The email address you want the COI returned to when complete.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for completion.

For basic servicing

Reporting a claim

  • Please call us at 1-855-430-7224 option #2 to report a claim.

  • After the claim is reported, a claims representative will be assigned. Once assigned, please use them as the point of contact for the related claim.
