How to activate CNA in the Bold Penguin Terminal

Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.

Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:

Step 3. On the CNA carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.

Step 4a. If you currently have an appointment with CNA, select Direct appointment as the Appointment type. You will be prompted to enter your 6-digit CNA Producer Code and 3-digit Branch Code.

To locate your CNA Agency and Branch codes, login to CNA Central and navigate to My Profile. The Agency Code can be found in the Code column of your CNA Profile, and the Branch Code can be found in the Branch column of your CNA Profile.

Once you have entered your information, select CONFIRM.

Step 4b. If you are requesting a sub-appointment with CNA through Bold Penguin, select Request through Bold Penguin as the Appointment type, and then select REQUEST.

You're all done!

You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
