Import inventory directly from file
Now you can import a stock count from a file directly into ProdSys. This makes it much faster to register incoming inventory or retrieve counts that have been done outside the system.
This is new
Import in the inventory: Go to Logistics > Inventory and open an inventory. Click the three-dot menu in the top right of the table and select Import .
Custom import format: The import has its own set of columns, so the file only contains what an inventory needs. https://intercom.help/ProdSys/nb/articles/9935776-import
Start with empty inventory: A new option allows you to create an inventory without adding items, so that only the items in the file are included.
Filter and view images when receiving goods
Receiving goods on large purchase orders has become easier. The Goods Receipt window has a filter row and a new image column, so you can find the right line faster and confirm that you are receiving the right item.
This is new
Filter row : Search and filter directly under each column heading, for example by article number, article description, warehouse or location.
Image column: Click the eye icon on a line to open the image of the article.
In Document additional fields remove edited by and date on master records
Now you can remove who edited and when from document details marked as Master . This keeps the master lines clean and neutral, allowing them to act as a template without carrying any information.
Remove Edited by: Click X in the field to remove the name.
Remove Date edited: Click X in the field to remove the date and time.
Master lines only: The selection appears on lines where Master is checked.
Export hours to Visma for payroll processing
Visma is now available as an export format for hours in ProdSys. You get a file that is ready for payroll processing, so you don't have to enter hours manually and reduce the risk of errors.
How to do it
Open the export: Go to Time registration > Timesheet export .
Select period: Set the From and To dates .
Choose Visma: Click Download and select Visma as the export file format.
This contains the file
The hours are summed per employee, hour type, surcharge and order.
Each line has the employee number and the codes Visma needs.
The order number is included so that labor costs can be followed up per order.
Only hours with an hour type will be included, so make sure the hour codes are set up correctly.
Update purchase price automatically upon receipt of goods
ProdSys can now update the purchase price of an item automatically when you receive goods, whether the new price is higher or lower. Purchase prices stay up to date without manual work, and you get more precise calculations and margins.
Choose how prices are updated
Go to System > Settings and open New Purchase Price Calculation under Logistics . Choose one of three options:
None: The purchase price is never changed upon receipt of goods.
Higher: The purchase price is updated only when the unit price upon receipt is higher than the current price.
Higher and lower: The purchase price is always updated to the unit price upon receipt, whether it has increased or decreased.
Click Save to apply the selection.
