The User Profile menu in ProdSys allows users to manage their personal information, configure their account settings, and ensure security features like two-factor authentication are enabled. This step-by-step guide explains how to access and use the User Profile menu to make changes to your account.

Step 1: Access the User Profile Menu

  1. Locate the Profile Icon: In the upper right corner of the application, click on your profile icon.

  2. Open Profile: Click on the "Profile" option from the dropdown menu. This will open the User Profile window.

Step 2: Update Personal Information

  1. Profile Picture: At the top of the profile window, you will see your current profile picture.

  2. Name: The "Name" field displays your current name in the system.

  3. Employee Number: This field shows your employee number. It's usually set by your employer and cannot be modified by the user.

  4. Email: The "Email" field shows the email associated with your account.

  5. Mobile: Your mobile work number

Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication: To improve account security, you can enable two-factor authentication by checking the "Two-factor authentication" box.

  2. Send QR Code: Once two-factor authentication is enabled, click "Send QR" to receive a QR code on your mobile device. Scan this code using an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) to complete the setup.

  1. Language: Under the "Language" dropdown, you can select the language for the interface. This will adjust the application's language to your preferred choice.

  1. Change Password: If you need to update your account password, click the "Change Password" button. Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm the change.

  1. Terms & Conditions: Click on "Terms & Conditions" to review the terms you agreed to when using the system. This may include privacy policies and user agreements.
