In order to see your purchase history on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
Open the Settings app.
Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
Tap Media & Purchases > then View Account (you may need to sign in).
Tap Purchase History to see a list of your purchases.
To view details of a specific transaction, simply tap on it.
Starting with iOS 17.4, there is a faster shortcut via the App Store app itself:
Tap your profile in the App Store, then Purchase History.
Authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID.
Your purchase history includes digital items you’ve bought. On the purchase receipt, you will have both the receipt number (document no.) which is a 12 digit ID and also the order id which is alpha-numeric. You can also provide a screenshot of the receipt in order for us to better assist you with your inquiry.
