Dealwatch

Track your own individual ASINs for Store and A2A alerts, so you will never miss a deal again.

Written by Alexander Czech

I'll introduce you to one of our users' favorite modules: Dealwatch.

With Dealwatch, you can add your own ASINs and have them monitored 24/7 through Amazon Alerts, Store Alerts, or both.

A2A Alerts monitor your ASINs across all Amazon marketplaces, allowing you to spot A2A deals just like in the A2A Search module. The key difference is that you'll only receive alerts for the ASINs you've personally added.

Store Alerts track your ASINs across every supplier in our database - which currently includes more than 1,000 suppliers (excluding Amazon itself as a supplier).

Whenever you come across an interesting ASIN, simply add it to Dealwatch. That way, you'll never miss an opportunity to buy that product again when it becomes profitable.

Step-by-Step Guide: Using Dealwatch

1. Add ASINs

Click on +add ASINs in the top right corner. Now you can add your own ASINs as a file, manually or you can load our starter pack, which includes some prepared ASINs from us.

Now select whether you want to add the ASINs to A2A Alerts, Store Alerts, or both.

After that, select an existing group or create a new one for your ASIN set. This will be important for the Discord integration, as the Discord bot will automatically create a channel in your Discord server for each group you create in Dealwatch.

This way, you'll have a clear overview of your different ASIN groups directly within Discord.

2. Filters in Dealwatch

In the Filter Manager, you can configure all filters for your Dealwatch dashboard.

You can choose which group you want to display in Dealwatch and apply any criteria you're already familiar with from the other modules.

Below that, you can also select which categories should be included in or excluded from the search.

Always remember to save your filters after making changes!

3. Alerts settings

Here you can select the criteria for your Deal alerts in Discord. The filters there only apply for discord alerts.

4. Synced Storefronts

At the bottom of the Alert Panel, you'll find the Synced Storefronts section. There, you can import all ASINs from your SpySearch storefronts directly into your Dealwatch ASIN list.

By hovering over a storefront in your list, you can choose whether its ASINs should be imported into A2A Alerts, Store Alerts, or both. The white box always indicates the currently active setting.

For example, in the screenshot below:

  • The first store shows "Off", which means its ASINs are not imported at all.

  • The second store is set to Store Alerts only, so its ASINs will only be imported into Store Alerts.

  • The third store is set to Both, meaning its ASINs will be imported into both A2A Alerts and Store Alerts.

5. Delete imported ASINs

Of course, you can remove ASINs from Dealwatch at any time if you notice that they are no longer performing well.

Simply click on the three dots next to "+ Add ASINs". From there, you can either delete specific groups or remove all ASINs from Dealwatch at once by selecting "Delete All ASINs".

Dealwatch is another game-changer. Take also advantage of Discord alerts to get notified instantly about new opportunities personalized to your ASINs Keep an eye out for fresh deals and use filters to identify the most profitable ones. This tool not only simplifies your workflow but also saves you a significant amount of manual effort, keeping you one step ahead in your sourcing process.
