I'll introduce you to our newest module: the A2A Search. With A2A Search, you can compare products across Amazon marketplaces to identify profitable deals. But it's more than just a search tool — you can set up notifications to alert you on Discord, so you never miss a deal.
To get started, head to the dashboard, navigate to "Research," and open the A2A Search. The table here is unique compared to our other tools, and in this guide, I'll walk you through its features step by step, showing you what's new and how to make the most of A2A Search. Let's dive in!
Step-by-Step Guide: Using the A2A Search and Filters
1. Start with Filters
Open the filters section and set your Minimum Margin (e.g., 7%) to catch as many deals as possible. Set your Minimum Profit (e.g., €2) to ensure good returns. Use the Categories Blacklist to exclude categories like books or DVDs.
2. Set Your Region
Select your main selling region right below your filters. EU users can add other supported regions (e.g., France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands). UK users can focus on UK-specific deals. Save your selection to update the table.
3. Understand Sales Levels
High sales are confirmed Amazon sales (50+), medium sales are estimated (20–50), and low sales range from 3–20. Medium sales & low sales are based on Sales rank drops.
4. Set Multiple Alert Groups for Discord
Create your own individual A2A alerts for your own Discord server (before that: make sure that your ProfitPath account is connected with your Discord Bot). Just click on "+ Group". Now put in the name of the group and select the criterias and your selling region you want to have for this specific group. At the end just click on "Create" to create the group. You can create up to 10 alert groups, all of them with individual filters.
5. Adjust Additional Settings
Set fulfillment type (FBA or FBM) and include shipping costs for FBM. Use Variant Filters to hide variants with low or medium sales, to find deals at a glance. Select if you want to have Confirmed sales or not or even both of them if you select "mix".
6. Review the Table for potential deals
Check sales levels (low, medium, high), use Keepa graphs to analyze trends, and review buy/sell regions. Look at 30-day averages for price, profit, and margin for better decision-making.
7. The 3 Dealtypes for A2A deals
In your A2A search you will probably notice three different dealtypes.
1) Normal Deals (Blue Badge): Normal price drops that every Amazon user can buy
2) Coupon Deals (Yellow Badge): Deals that are available with a one time Amazon discount coupon (e.g. 10% or 10€)
3) Business Deals (Red Badge): Only Deals that are available for Amazon Business Accounts. If you hover over the red badge, it will show you how many units you have to buy to receive the shown price. Always make sure in the checkout process, that the right price is applied.
Our A2A Search is another game-changer. Take advantage of Discord alerts to get notified instantly about new opportunities personalized to your preferences. Keep an eye out for fresh deals and use filters to identify the most profitable ones. This tool not only simplifies your workflow but also saves you a significant amount of manual effort, keeping you one step ahead in your sourcing process.
